Return Policy

At The Darling Lane, we hope you absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept eligible returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other odors, and must have all original tags attached.

Items that are final sale, clearance, discounted as final sale, accessories, gift cards, or otherwise marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise amount.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the requirements above.
